I currently do not ship outside the United States due to my lack of knowledge of customs procedures.
I also will not ship items to an address that doesn't match your financial information. This is to protect customers from fraudulent purchases made with stolen financial information. It's better to deliver a gift in person, anyway!
I don't process orders until I receive confirmation that payment has been made. This protects me from fraudulent buyers (rare, but very harmful) who would threaten my ability to offer my products at the prices I can currently offer them. Therefor, you agree to only make purchases with financial information you are authorized to use for these types of purchases. If you are making "sneaky" purchases with a joint account, you should inform the other account holder of the purchase so I don't have a charge back after I already sent the goods. That is unfair to me, and also to the joint account holder.
I accept returns on items up to 30 days after you receive them, subject to a 15% restocking fee not to exceed $15. This means if you purchase and return an item that cost $50, your restocking fee would be $7.50. However, if your purchase was $300, the fee wouldn't be $45, but rather it would be limited to $15.
The restocking fee helps to cover the costs incurred by my for shipping the item to you, and the additional advertising I will need to resell the item. This fee prevents me from having to sell all of my items at a higher price just to cover the costs of returns. If you aren't ok with the return fee policy, feel free to shop elsewhere.
